Trisodium Phosphate, abbreviated TSP, chemical formula Na₃PO₄, CAS No.7601-54-9, is white crystalline inorganic phosphate salt with powerful degreasing, decontamination and pH buffering capacity.
It is widely used across ceramic, architectural coatings, industrial cleaning, wastewater treatment and textile industries. In ceramic production, it removes oil impurities on green bodies to avoid glaze pinholes; for coatings and metal pretreatment, it adjusts water alkalinity and eliminates surface grease; it also acts as water softener in industrial sewage treatment.
